**PLEASE READ** We try to workout payment plans when possible. But these plans become abused when there is no written details. I'm getting stuck with animals in lingo, feeding and caring for them without any contact from the buyers for months. So here are some guidelines and specifics that we must follow.

*25% Deposit to hold a specific animal. This is nonrefundable.

*Payment plans are available with a 25% nonrefundable deposit. The plan will consist of 25% each month after the deposit is received. The payment plan will not be longer than six months. We are the most understanding of people and realize things happen that may cause a missed payment/s. We just ask that you please contact us and explain the situation. Please don't leave us hanging. If a payment is missed after 2 consecutive months, without contact from the buyer, the animal/s will be removed from pending and placed for sale. A refund will not be rewarded. However, this does not mean you are totally out the money you have forwarded. If the balance of the agreement is paid in full, prior to the animal/s being purchased by another buyer, you can still obtain the animal/s. If something were to happen to an animal you have purchased while still in our care, you will have the option to choose another available animal of equal or lesser value. You may also pick an available animal of greater value. You will be required to pay the difference of that animal.

*We accept several forms of payment. Paypal, Postal money order, and cash if picked up. Please add 3% with Paypal.

Inventory Code: Each animal on the "For Sale" page has a code so that we can identify which animals you are ordering.

Quantity: Unless specified, we will assume this to be only 1. In the case of feeder rodents, please be specific as to the quantity.

Name/Telephone: Please include your name, an e-mail address where you may be reached and a telephone number. This is only used to personally confirm your order and the details of shipping.

We are approved/certified by FedEx to ship live harmless reptiles. Shipping is done through FedEx with a guarantee of live arrival. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the package for the guarantee to be honored. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Shipping is done at the mercy of the weather from here to you and anywhere in between so we reserve the right to hold shipment due to weather. FedEx has recently increased their rates. Depending on distance and box size affects the rate, so keep this in mind. You can save by ordering multibles as this does not increase the rate unless a second box is required. We will start the process with Delta Dash soon to offer another choice of shipping.

We are not shipping frozen rodents at this time but hope to bring this service to you in the near future
